   Vern seems to be playing the public again. Just like he has done from the beginning. The lawsuits against him are not a political battle. It is a consumer and employee rights battle. It directly effects everyone and anyone whom will or has purchased a vehicle at one of dealerships since 2001 to present.

   The consumers/voters have to wake up and see a used car saleman selling them a bill of goods with idle acts and promises. Vern Buchanan and his supporters claim that what the former employees stated in their lawsuits were not true and it was a political witch hunt. It has also been announced that many of the lawsuits were dismissed. It was implied that they were in favor of Buchanan, thus making him the wronged party with false claims.

   If you know how the legal system works in Florida, when a settlement is made between the parties, then court records will reflect a dismissal.

   Buchanan settled those cases and got the records sealed, so the public, feds, justice and you the voters would not know.

   If the allegations in the lawsuits, which included consumer fraud issues, such as: forgeries on bank contracts, power-booking(falsifing the equipment reported to lender to get higher advances, hidden bank fees charged against the transaction and being disclosed on the bill of sale or bank contract, hidden pre-loads not disclosed, faslsifing credit application, not paying the employees according to their written pay plans (which effects taxes, fica and ss pay outs) and more.

   Buchanan in my opinion settled these cases in order to hide the documents from the public records. Thus avoid future lawsuits by consumers and investigations. But, he forgot that I have 80,000 of those documents that include detailed taped interviews with all the former employees including his former CFO. They prove everyhting the former employees and consumers whom filed against have stated in their settled lawsuits.

   The press and congress should demand from Buchanan the truth. WHY DID HE SETTLE, WHERE ARE THE RECORDS AND WHY WERE THE SETTLEMENTS SEALED FROM THE PUBLIC EYE AND VOTERS. If the allegations were not true — then why not got to a public forum and let the public decide in a public court hearing.

   Ask him a question: were the lawsuits settled in his favor or did he settle them and seal the settlements.

   Vern is the best…it’s a shame he is always attacked by liberals for ethics and other BS. Keep up the fight Vern….we love you!

   Go Vern! Great idea – though I don’t think Congress would go for it.
